    Verizon Winona MN on Frontenac Drive. Since Chuck, the previous manager, has left There is a whole different atmosphere about the store and not in a good way. If you want to get treated with disrespect, this would be the Verizon to go to! When you walk in the door, if they know you are coming for a question they look at each other and roll their eyes or they go to each other and make a quick whisper! Grow up Verizon Winona!

    Got an upgraded iPhone 15 from this store or a year and a half ago, this year when iOS updated it said I had non-genuine apple parts installed. Found out I was sold a warranty phone boxed as a new phone. Now I have been having issues with Verizon correcting my bill ever since. Especially since I couldn’t remember if there was plastic on the box or not because I never opened it myself and I assumed there was plastic and customers service representatives told me that I must be lying because y’all don’t package with plastic. I never opened the phone box it was brought out to me by your associates almost two years ago, I have PTSD and other issues from my service in the military I can’t be expected to remember that far back. Now after countless hours on the phone I am resulting to emailing every person on the organizational chart to get someone who can actually help me. Do not buy apple products from this store to avoid my same experience.

    I have always supported this location and have always received good customer service. I am very upset with the customer service I received tonight. I stopped into the store to get a new phone case. I was met at the door like normal. The man asked what brought me in today and I told him. He said well you are the last in line is there a way you could come back tomorrow as they close in 30 minutes. He then proceeded to tell me that well the cases that were in the store are about $50-$60 and that I would best to go onto Amazon as they are less expensive. He then started talking about a screen protector, I told him I did not need one at this time and I was just there for the case. I feel that a representative of a Verizon store should not be advising customers to go to Amazon because cases are cheaper. Also not allowing the customer to look at available options before telling the customer to leave and come back tomorrow was very abrupt and gave the feeling of not wanting to do business. I will not be going to this store again.

    Went to go pick up my phone today, online it stated the store opened at 9am I get there at 925 and they were not open. Only a sign on the door to scan the QR code for hours and it stated that it opened at 9am as well but no one around at all. Called into Verizon and they stated it should be open. Went back at 950 no one around, finally 4-5 people from the back come out and unlock the store no apologies or anything I asked do you guys open at 10? And all I got was i can help you. They all have been there since at least the first time I was there. It just seemed liked they didn't want to open the store. Everytime I go back to this store the service seems to keep getting worse and worse and they are not held accountable at all.
