The pricing has been a constant battle. Upgrading devices on lines was hassle.. new price is NOT what I was told. Credits have been a hassle to get applied and months later the price increases without warning or explanation. Worked with Ellie and she called more in 3 weeks to get me to try and purchase business lines that I have spoke to her in the nearly 10 months I've been signed up. They care more about getting new customers than replying and helping those that just switched. I am 4 days with no reply via email or text on why my bill is yet again incorrect.
