I came in with no appointment 10 minutes before close on a Friday night and he still put me on the list and stayed with me over an hour past close to try to get my number working. We came to a point where I had to wait until tomorrow to see if it worked. It didn’t (not Tom’s fault at all) so I came back in and sure enough Tom was there again ready to help. We spent another 30 or so minutes working on it and he got my phone service transferred to my new iPhone. This guy was such a HUGE help to me I cannot thank him and the other employees working at the time enough. 10/10 service will always recommend this store from now on. Thank you!
