    The first time my wife and I went to this shop we were switching over from ATandT for two new phones and home internet. We had such fantastic service and they did everything they could. The next time we went, we had a few questions and were hoping for some assistance with a small problem. How fast we learned that as long as we weren’t handing them money they had absolutely no time for us. The answer always seemed to be “just call Verizon” or “we don’t handle that, you will have to talk to Verizon” In my experience and definitely my opinion, their after sales service is absolutely rubbish I guess how they run their shop is their business. But, after dealing with them and seeing the Verizon name plastered all over, it definitely makes me disappointed that I got involved with either one.

    I recently had a charging cord issue with my MacBook Pro and Ethan had me in and out of the store with a warranty replaced cord. Probably the best experience I have had with waiting at a Verizon store. Thanks Ethan!!!
