Which would have easily been rectified if the employee would have taken the time to explain that the deals he was able to offer in store, and the ones offered online are not the same. As we went in today to look for a new phone, we made an appointment, prior to arriving, were the only ones in the store. We were told the phone he wanted didn’t exist. This would be the Samsung 25 at a 256 gb. He didn’t have it in store. So he said they didn’t make it. The employee seemed very distracted as we had to give him the phone number with the account 3 times, he continued to play with a lighter in his hand and eating while “helping” us. As we continued to ask questions he got more annoyed with us. Shrugged his shoulders and then said he was “going to the back and let him know if we needed him” We were still trying to ask him questions, looking for guidance on how to get the best deal if we needed to upgrade the plan, trying to get the best phone available. We unfortunately left because this was not a good experience for us. The manager DJ was much more helpful to the situation i wish He’d come available sooner, we may have been able to leave with a phone today.

Jason is the most patient, kind, extremely helpful and knowledgeable person who answered my questions, and explained options to upgrade my phone. He took time to explain in language I understood. Jason is the epitome of brilliant customer service which is so needed and appreciated in life today. We need more people like Jason in this world today. Thank you Jason!
