Hayden made a mistake in which storage capacities we wanted on our phones. He never asked or verified with us. He saw orange and grabbed orange. After he showed up late to our appointment and spending two hours at the store we felt it was not worth going back to get what we actually wanted. 2/3 of us ended up with 512gb phones when we wanted 256gb iPhones. Hayden seemed nice, but is clearly taking on too much work. Rob was also present at the time and offered to help Hayden several times, but Hayden wouldn't accept his offer.

The entire time he told me what he was working on and made me feel like I was really being heard.
