Edit: I just called Verizon support to file a complaint against this store. I will not take this laying down. Read the other one star reviews. Super dishonest employees. A hellish experience with no straight answers from employees. The only good thing about this store is you get leave. Given the unwanted bundle they charged me for without telling me, I am considering contacting an attorney. I lost my iPhone 14 Pro Max that I bought at this location a couple of years ago or more. It was left in the back seat of an Uber after falling out of my shorts pocket. Of course this meant I needed a new phone. So, I called the store to see if they had what I wanted, and the call was answered by Verizon support instead. I was told I needed to make an appointment, and they had to check the store for stock on the phone I wanted. They then told me the phone was waiting for me at my appointment. None of this was true. When I arrived at the store for my “appointment” I was given the usual strong arm sales song and dance, and the man helping me started helping two people who had walked in without an appointment instead. Turns out you don’t need an appointment at all. The fees were much higher than Verizon support told me, but I finally left with my new phone. When I got back, I discovered that the Uber driver left my lost phone with the groundskeeper at my building who I am friends with. I managed to get the phone back and decided to return to the store to get the trade in value, but first I inspected the bag they gave me when I left after my first visit. Turns out I was sold a bundle without my knowledge, all junk that I didn’t need, including a charger (I have many 40 watt Apple chargers already and absolutely didn’t need this along with a pricey lens cap that I didn’t want). This cost me roughly $100. I rushed back to the dealer to get the trade in value on the lost phone, along with the items that I didn’t want in the bundle. They refused to take them back, insisting that they told me (they absolutely did not and they know it. Read the other one star reviews, they’ve done this to other customers). They didn’t understand they were dealing with an intelligent person, or worse they simply didn’t care. After plenty of heated arguments the employee made a series of calls in a location where I could not hear the conversation, I simply decided to let it go. This store literally took food off the table of a person on Social Security Disability and stage four cancer survivor with many long term health effects. They couldn’t possibly care less or be any more callous. I finally got the trade in value done which I am told will appear on the next bill. I am skeptical given the way these people took advantage of me, but we’ll see. In the end, I say avoid this store like any bad disease, or expect to get suckered and taken advantage of. I memorably awful experience. As much fun as an open festering wound. Edit 2: the response to this review given by Victra is just a form letter, not a real response.

Worst Verizon experience - I came into this store to simply add a line and port a phone number to an existing plan. I worked with a sales associate, Dylan. He continuously tried to upsell us throughout the whole process, but that's part of the job and is understandable however annoying it might be. The worst part was, on multiple occasions, Dylan added to our bill without consent. He upgraded our plan and opted into multiple add-ons that we didn't ask for without telling us. When I asked about the price of the phone line, he reassured me that the cost was part of the deal to get a new phone with the new line. The sales tactics were intentionally sneaky. I do not recommend this store.

I recently visited 11/2 Sunday afternoon this Verizon store and was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. The staff did not show respect toward customers and seemed uninterested in helping. When I asked about details of a plan, the representative simply said, “I don’t know, try it,” instead of providing clear information or trying to find an answer. As a customer, I expect knowledgeable and respectful service — especially when making important decisions about phone plans. Unfortunately, this visit left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope Verizon addresses this issue and improves their customer service training.
