Waited two hrs to close an account - they then had me call a Verizon representative on my phone to do it. Many people in the store were upset and yelling - not worth your time.

I was a little nervous to try this location when I saw some of their reviews and ended up being so pleasantly impressed by the two team members I worked with.
My wife and I were due for trade ins - a process that we know could take upwards of an hour or two.
The day before, I called in and spoke with Kevin, the store manager. He answered my first couple concerns without hesitation and assured me that when we came in, his team would know how to work through a few of the intricacies on my account.
I met him and his teammate Jordan the following day and was super impressed. They both were patient, knowledgeable and hospitable. During a snow storm and being short staffed, not only did they take care of me and my wife and about a dozen other walk-ins. They were able to work with corporate HQ through a few technical troubleshooting items and we walked out with two brand new phones with all our data transferred, screen protectors installed and new cases in place.
Gentlemen, you did right by me, my wife, and my little one who was with us through the whole thing. Thanks for taking care of us.

If you’re looking for assistance don’t come to this store. Even though it’s a corporate store the manager James Dvorak is extremely unhelpful and confrontational. You might as well just call corporate customer service and avoid interactions. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service than I have at this store and I’ve been a Verizon customer for the past 11 years
