So when my phone started to act strangely and unwanted apps were popping up on my phone, I knew exactly where to go. Colleen was absolutely amazing! She was professional, extremely efficient, and easily handled removing and cleaning files and an unwanted app that I accidentally and unknowingly installed. I felt well taken care of and Colleen 's advice and guidance throughout the process and preventive steps were greatly appreciated.
