There is a total of 4 people waiting and one person being helped. This location is not functioning efficiently. I see what is possibly a manager that has been walking around with a tablet. The others are in the back doing whatever. The impression that’s given is avoiding. I have been here for an hour so far. With the notification Verizon has sent me… I was waiting for 2 ahead of me.

I recommend going to the corporate store over by the Apache mall. They’re very inconsiderate and lazy and would rather sit in back and do whatever they do back there. I recently had a meeting set up at 11 AM and they really are in no hurry to help you and just continue to do whatever they do and chat amongst themselves and look at you like oh what are you waiting for dummy? Same experience about a year ago, where I ended up waiting two hours I think it was and finally I just left the store and didn’t want to start an argument so basically thought there would be different people here the second time but not so different people same thing. Don’t trust them go to a corporate store. That’s all. I gotta say I feel better now.
