It nice to be able to walk in and get quick service and that the staff is always friendly and very helpful. It is always clean and bright. The rooms are very private for doctor visits.

They were able to accommodate me for an appointment but when I got there, they said that they didn’t have an appointment until two months out. They charged me a wellness visit just to tell me my cat needs dental surgery and they don’t have an appointment until two months out. Complete waste of money and left frustration when I was the one who called and told them what I needed the appointment for. They took advantage of someone’s emotional condition just to take money from someone’s urgent situation when they knew they didn’t have an immediate solution.

As someone passing through town and dealing with the unfortunate circumstance of needing immediate help for my 5 month old puppy, Dr. Mark Wenner kindly found a way to squeeze us in same day. The facility is clean, the staff are respectful and kind, and overall there is a very calm atmosphere in this clinic. Dr. Mark Wenner was extremely detailed and made me feel seen and heard regarding my puppy’s concerns. He thoroughly checked every part of my puppy and came up with a solid game plan. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. If you are someone who deeply cares about their pet, your furry family member will be taken care of here. It is located in a very safe and well populated area. Absolutely would recommend!
- MRMelanie RNov 17, 20235.0We love and trust Cascade. However, they decided to use their Euthanasia room for techs to give shots. If you have put down a pet before or have an elderly pet, it’s the last place you want to be. There’s a bowl for the last meal and a container of Hershey kisses with a message along the lines of “every dog should taste chocolate before the die.” They have you wait in there. The tech then comes in with a syringe to inject your fur-baby with. You speak up just to make sure that it’s for an annual shot and not euthanasia. I gave feedback to tech but didn’t feel it would go anywhere. I won’t be going back to that room unless it’s time for puppy heaven. Make sure to speak up if this would be upsetting to you. There are plenty of other rooms.
