- GGGerald5 days ago1.0Absolutely disgusted with the sales tactics at this store. My daughter went in to trade in her phone for a new one. The sales person told her the only way to get the deal was to activate a new line of service on her account, but not to worry because it's "FREE". It only took me about 2 minutes on the Verizon website to find out that the line isn't free, and she didn't need the new line to get the deal. In fact she would've gotten the same discount if not more had this fraudster allowed her to trade in her phone! I would encourage any customer that has been to this location and heard the same bogus speech to heavily review their bill. Unbelievable behavior from Verizon.

HE TOLD ME I HAD TO GET A NEW LINE ON MY ACCOUNT TO QUALIFY FOR A DEAL AND THAT THE NEW LINE WOULD BE FREE!! I AM GETTING CHARGED $40 PER MONTH AND I HAD AN ACTIVATION FEE. I THINK JACK IS THE NAME OF THE NEW MANAGER. HE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. WOODBURY CAN GET MY BUSINESS MOVING FORWARD!!!
