    Update: Customer service refused to help me in this matter. Essentially, they do not care that their employee lied to me about the terms of my purchase. I was scammed. Do not go to this store. Their employees can and will say anything to make a sale, and then later they will not back it up. --- Last year I purchased a phone from an employee Aaron. He convinced me to get a tablet as well, and said I only had to pay for service on the tablet for one year. Well, a year has passed, and when I went into the store I was told that it was actually 3 years that I had to pay for service on my tablet, but don't worry, they fired Aaron for shady sales practices. I have tried calling the cell number of the store manager, Boston Swan, multiple times and left voice mails asking to get a call back. I feel scammed by this store. I would not have purchased the tablet if their employee had been upfront about the terms in the first place, and now they won't do anything about it. I would not recommend going to this location.

    Tucker at Verizon did an amazing job explaining things and helping me with my iPhone purchase today. His and his service was far superior to any other store I have been to for Verizon in Minnesota and Iowa.
