Coming here for the first time was amazing and still is, everyone listens and understands without judging me. The doctors I saw in the ER gave the right amount of information and medication to help me through these hard times. They are also super supportive of my agoraphobia when it gets to a point where i’m feeling like i have to go home immediately. Going outside is a HUGE CHALLENGE for me and this hospital makes sure im as comfortable as possible. Thank you CentraCare!

Thinking this was a mistake we called to have them correct it and rebill insurance. We were told "they don't bill insurance for medication", if we want to file a claim with our insurance they would send us a copy of the medications he received while there. They would not explain why they bill for all others services but not medication and reacted with irritation when I questioned it.
