I spent between 40-50 hours total to secure the phone upgrades at prices offered by sales back in mid September. The entire process took 44 days. If you listened before stating your preferred outcome, then two negative reviews could have been avoided. A partner store, not corporate, was helpful too. Sometimes when you hold the line, you end up clotheslining the type of customers you’d feel motivated to help if you listened first.

They are the strongarm side of Verizon that makes you feel powerless and ashamed. I walked out in disgust. I have had some positive experiences with Verizon, but not here. I hope people continue to give this location negative reviews until workers start losing their jobs so that more humane workers can take their place.
