  Woefully understaffed. There just seems to be no sense of hustle or professionalism here. Greeters main goal seems to be to push people off to calling Verizon for help rather than actually helping customers when often times folks are only going here because they’ve already tried and failed to get resolutions to their problems on the phone with Verizon. Shameful customer service. Wait times are truly a joke.

  Thank you for your response. I contacted the BBB and in less than 3 days, all has been resolved by the executive department at Verizon. I spent between 40-50 hours total to secure the phone upgrades at prices offered by sales back in mid September. The entire process took 44 days. If you listened before stating your preferred outcome, then two negative reviews could have been avoided. A partner store, not corporate, was helpful too. Sometimes when you hold the line, you end up clotheslining the type of customers you’d feel motivated to help if you listened first.

  My experience of the workers here are that they are emotionally tone deaf, rigid negotiators. They are the strongarm side of Verizon that makes you feel powerless and ashamed. I walked out in disgust. I have had some positive experiences with Verizon, but not here. I hope people continue to give this location negative reviews until workers start losing their jobs so that more humane workers can take their place.

  Worst place to go to and worst customer service from the store manger who is just standing there doing nothing but wasting people's time to a customer service who is there to show her misery she went from lau6with hwr last customer to give me all weird looks whwn my turn came , she's not able to answer simple question. She just kept going back-and-forth when I told her that I need to get a new phone when my old phone died while I was at work. The face expression that she was giving me the attitude. It was unbelievable. I don't know how people like that. Who are miserable in their life can work as customer service.

  This is one of the many trips I've taken to the Verizon "corporate" location and been told they cannot help me today at all. That i should go to another store and or make an appointment and just let my problem sit. I will be moving all of my lines to any service provider that meets with customers and provide solutions when they need help. This is hilarious to think I would come to the largest Verizon store in the western suburbs to never actually be helped. I'm a business owner and don't have the ability to make appointments for things that are not new sales, at this time. Yet.. I'm a customers who tried multiple times to stop by and take care of some service needs when I've had the time. Only to not be served by the most expensive cell service.. I'm really having a hard time justifying having this service. Hopefully Verizon can respond and give me good reason. Thank you
