My husband and daughter visited the Maplewood location last weekend and waited a hour before anyone helped. Only to find out they can't assist with a technical issue. Something they should ask upon check-in so that you don't waste your time waiting. The whole time they we're waiting. Staff was walking in and out of the back room, wandering aimlessly with no sense of urgency. All the while, more and more people were waiting. The following weekend I went in to upgrade my daughter's phone since it couldn't be repaired. Same thing, employees wandering aimlessly, two employees helping one person while many waited, going in and out of the back room for what appeared to be no purpose at all because they never came back with anything in their hands. Started to wonder if the great and powerful wizard was in the back helping them navigate their questions. Finally after an hour and a half a man asked me if I have the Verizon app so I could order the new phone. I said I didn't want to order it. I wanted it today. He said oh we are all out of stock. No one has has the new iphones. Here again, had they asked me at check-in what I was there for I wouldn't have wasted an hour and a half. Needless to say I drove to Best Buy across the street, was in and out in 20 minutes with the new iPhone 17 through Verizon. Never will I go to this store again. Best buy has Verizon reps and they are amazing!
