    Having a problem with tablet not beingable to connect with the network. A sim card issue. Worked through it and got it working! Very patient and understanding. Recommend making appointment online

    This store used to provide great customer service. Not anymore. I wanted to look at a new phone and talk with someone who could answer questions. Instead, it felt like high pressure sales filled with manipulation. The guy refused to give me a straight answer to any question. He was very disrespectful. The phone I wanted was attached to the counter so customers couldn't pick it up. The whole experience gave me the creeps and getting out of there was all I could think about.

    Waste of time. The employee’s solution to solving my network issues was upgrading to a more expensive 5G plan. ChatGPT will do a better job solving your problems than coming here.

    I arrived at 5:20 PM and am still awaiting service (currently 7 PM). My wait time has exceeded one hour. While I am on the waiting list, one employee is actively assisting customers, while two others are engaged in casual conversation. There are three customers ahead of me. Considering the store's impending closure and the lack of progress, I must express my dissatisfaction. Verizon should evaluate its staffing levels and ensure employees possess the necessary expertise. I am seriously considering switching providers. As a business owner, I cannot afford to spend excessive time waiting due to inefficient operations. Also you should set a max time for each customer, I sat here listening to some customers life story to watch them walked out undecided making another appointment for the next day.
