- CACathy AllenNov 16, 20255.0Gabe was very patient. While he was assisting me, a lady walked with an entitled attitude. It was around 10:30-10:45, Gabe greeted her and said he would be with her shortly. She made it a point to say, "Well I have a priority appointment at 11:00!" I told Gabe I'd go and come back later because I didn't want her being rude to him. I came back Gabe a day I discussed my options and he got me into a new phone and was able to lower my monthly bill.

- AWAustin WolfSep 23, 20251.0Went in to try to fix my email because it is constantly saying that my storage is full even after deleting over a hundred photos and videos at first it said get it below 17 GB and know it is saying I have to get it below 15GB to be able to receive emails and to be able to upload photos and videos to the cloud I dont want to have to buy more storage and i dont know why i would have to this has never happened to me before and l dont know why this happening but when I went in to try to figure that out the kid sitting at the first desk as you walk in was there and was not helpful at all I told him the problem and he looked at it for maybe 30sec and said "you might as well just buy the extra storage" and i was maybe in the store a total of 1 minute and left with no help and no solution absolute joke of a store and employee would love to come back if I could actually get some real help
- DDDarylAug 6, 20255.0Stopped in to have my smart watch looked at. 2+ years old and stopped holding a charge. Somehow the sleep timer got turned on. Gabe fixed that. Still doesn't keep a charge which disappointed me. Maybe a battery??? I travel alot so ended up with the new slim S-25. Imagine that 😉
