After receiving my new phone that I purchased online, the phone would NOT activate or work and I was literally on the phone for SIX HOURS until 1am with SEVEN different Tech Support agents for Verizon and they could not figure out what was wrong. I went to see Ashley the next day and she fixed the issue within 15 minutes! She figured out the problem that 7 tech support agents couldn't! Thank you so much Ashley!!!
