When I spoke to Michael at Verizon in th hutch store he refused to waive the $50 restocking fee per phone (we are Verizon customers of 21 years). I called corporate and had the fees immediately waived. When I spoke to Michael he wasn’t ever open to negotiating, he just gave a flat “NO” to waiving the fee. My parents had not even left the store yet at the time I called in. This is my second experience (When buying a phone from a store) there was information not clarified, disclosed or not willing to work with the customer in there best interest. **always buy through corporate as the calls are recorded!!**
