My primary phone had been damaged and no longer had a working screen so I wanted to see if I could put both lines onto my working phone. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted cheerfully by Rylee. She was amazing, I explained my situation and she did everything she could to make it happen. Apparently, it’s a more complicated process when you already have two phones and especially if it’s the primary phone that’s been damaged. To complicate it even more, one phone was Android and the other one an iPhone. She was able to contact another rep who assisted us in making the transfer. Soon I had both numbers working on my secondary phone and I couldn’t be happier as it also saves me money each month. I do not think you can get better customer service than I received, and I can’t say enough good things about Rylee! Her positive attitude, cheerfulness, and motivation to assist me with everything I need was absolutely the best!
