Set me up with a new phone, Apple Watch and accessories. Spent time helping me to set it up, explained the discounts and charges associated with my new devices, and walked me through everything to get me going. Jeric was professional, courteous, and friendly. I have a feeling he will either have his own store or manage one in the near future!

- JKJean KichlerDec 5, 20251.0Upgraded 2 new phones (16E) in June @ Wireless Zone in Forest Lake. Worked with assistant manager (J). She seemed very knowledgeable. Talked us into a different plan, added the credit card & accessories to get discounts, said we would get a loyalty (for 30+ years with Verizon) discount of another $20 per month for 1 year. That discount never appeared on our bill. I had to call Verizon every month to get it applied. Finally in December I spoke with a Mgr at Verizon and he told me there wasn't such a discount applied and there was nothing they could do. Went back to Wireless Zone, (J) was no longer there. Spoke with the current assistant Mgr and he said there wasn't a thing he could do either as the person who sold us the phones is no longer there. Seems like a turnover in employees there and they won't honor what past ones have promised. Beware!
