We left with 4 upgraded devices instead of the one. In addition we had the accessories in hand at check out. She was patient with all of our questions. I’m constantly in SOS or 1 bar in my neighborhood and the customer support has been useless. The agent the sold me my plan also told me he was giving me all these free additions, I said I didn’t want them but he insisted I add these free promotion to my account but I was charged for all of them.
