I just find it very problematic the fact that i had to go into this place 11 plus time regarding getting into my account and getting the service i signed up for. Maybe a second time to fix the account issues and service issues. But 11 plus times in less than a month is horrific! I got wifi service else where. And they tried to say I couldn't return their box to this location when I already spoke with the cooperate in gf. This is so unfortunate that virizon had to lose a loyal costumer because of this place. And no apsultly not you won't be getting a penny from me.
