In under 5 minutes he identified the issue, fixed this issue, made sure his colleague knew how he fixed it, walked me through the issue with how to fix it and was fun/funny/wonderful to work with. He is a great asset to the Verizon team in Cloquet.

Wife brought her phone to this store to have programed and they wanted to charge $30 to program. The wife asked why when we have been years with Verizon and just bought two new phones through Verizon. The guy was very rude and disrespectful to my wife. I would highly recommend using a different Verizon store.
