  One star for now since they weren't even open today, when the hrs show they are supposed to be. Edit: clearly someone didn’t show up for work! I tried calling another nearby store, they didn’t answer, I went to cricket.com and tried a chat to simply report that a store wasn’t open, that took a whole hour for someone to even respond, and I tried calling customer support, it wasn’t available on Sundays… cricket you have gone down hill, I will not be using your service much longer.

  The customer service clerk was amazing and gave me the rundown on the new IPhone pro and iphone pro max and all the options if I ported my number and potential future costs and promotions. I would highly recommend this location!

  Service was not great. Asked for insurance on my new phone and they did not add it. Went back to get it added and they tell me they can't do it. Even though I bought 3 phones at the time and they added the insurance to 2 of them.

  These guys are rockstars! They helped us switch from At&t like it was butter. It was so fast and painless! Really knowledgeable staff that were friendly and efficient. Was a blast of an experience and I'm super excited to be paying a ton less for a better plan! Thank you!!
