I ended up upgrading to a new iPhone, and getting a better price on my bill. It should have taken 30 minutes to do all of the paperwork, and transfer all of my information from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. It took them, I am not kidding, three hours. The guy I dealt with kept jumping around to the manager and other employees trying to figure out how to get the information swapped over. He also couldn’t figure out the pricing on any of the promotions they had. It was a complete disaster. I was the one who was having to Google Verizon‘s promotions And tell him what the bill was supposed to be. I also got a screen protector with a lifetime warranty. It cracked within two weeks. I have been trying to come back to this location for the last two weeks, and every single time I have been turned away, not been helped at all, or the store has been closed. It’s ridiculous that I can walk into the store, wave down an employee who’s in the middle of helping someone and say “are you able to multitask and replace my screen protector? I don’t want to wait around for an hour if you’re going to be that long with them.“ but they never helped me

So will cost me over 400 bucks because have to pay a bill that is over 65 bucks per phone more than the quote. Like yrs ago said would be 50 bucks a month and charged me over 200 bucks for first month. Our bull was going to be less than 200 a month and it's way higher. They tell you a bunch of crap about the only one that will work and it is worse than straight talk and team moble.

Employee also tried to upgrade my phone on me when that was not my goal today. Staff Member made me uncomfortable when he tried to match my frustration for not upgrading my phone.
