Will I lose my contacts, oh my gosh my photos etc etc. Now add switching carriers… 😳 I’ll be honest I was super nervous. Like many my phone is my life line for all things personal, work, home, schedules etc. Hannah knocked it out of the park. Super knowledgeable and informative. With a little click here and review there, she is saving me over $150/mo from my previous provider and that doesn’t count the savings in the various streaming apps we get to cancel in the household by combining with Verizon’s bundle. So yes financial savings is a huge bonus but when it came time to convert and transfer—- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ she has this process down to a T. She literally carried on a conversation while performed her magic. I lost NOTHING. It was like a blink of an eye and she had everything done. She had recommendations for storage savings and app cleanup items that too were helpful. Hannah is a rockstar and recommend her to anyone in need of assistance in ways to save, ways to consolidate, ease of use etc. she is super helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. Thanks again Hannah!
