I was back again this week and Dylan and Jakob helped me transfer my old phone to the new phone. I would strongly recommend this store.

We worked with Tuan, who was very knowledgeable and personable and was able to provide us exactly what we needed. He walked us through the whole process and we were able to leave with brand new phones and an understanding of how our bill worked. Was a great experience!

Caleb was very helpful and really talked me through my options. I needed to upgrade my old phone and he did a great job steering me towards the best option. At no point did he try to sell me something I did not need. He made me a very happy customer and I can not recommend this particular Verizon location more highly.
