The bad customer service I have received was over the phone and not with this place really. Just a heads up for future reference 2 things I wish I would have known prior: The wireless 'puck' for wifi required a separate phone number and billing. It isn't 'just' a cell phone bill. 2nd Verizon holds onto your account data for 90 days past cancellation/transfer.

I din't expected this here and then comes my turn I was told don't have appointment -walk-ins are busy for the day and wanted to book appointment for next day he just looked at timing's and said 3:PM is available Ok, then I can come I said then he asked my name and ph # i was telling him and is acting like he filled the appointment- just acting like he is typing on Ipad then I looked closely and he pulled his Ipad Up and starting acting like he is really typing I never expected that verizon will have this kind of receiving Now, I decided I will never Go there.
