- DDDianeNov 4, 20251.0UPDATE: December 9, 2025. This has still not been corrected. Now, neither office will respond to calls or texts. Bill is still over $200 and we are afraid to not pay it for fear of shut off. We set up a new business account with Ariel (the business manager) on Sept 16. We immediately started getting bills that were more than double our quoted price. We made several calls to Ariel with NO response. Stopped into the Alexandria office and talked to Ariel face to face. She said the account was set up wrong and that she would call us back by 1:30 that same day. NO call! Two more weeks go by and no call. We finally stopped into the office in Willmar. Joe got us straightened out so far. Waiting for next bill. We’ve been Verizon customers for 20 years and this mess is close to ending our business with Verizon. One of my biggest peeves is lack of communication. Ariel should move on to something other than customer service because she is terrible at it!
