That part was smooth sailing, but not why I'm writing. While I was there, I asked about this Galaxy Ultra watch I just bought directly from Samsung at MOA...for $200 off, compared to what Verizon was charging. I went to activate the LTE plan and Verizon wouldn't let me! Reddit threads seem to think that Verizon won't activate products you don't buy from them. The agent at the store (Caitlyn) asked if she could try for me, but she quickly realized she could get me $400 off the same watch since I just upgraded my wife's phone. Maybe she didn't perform magic here, but she was so nice and so helpful! She placed the order for me and the device is being shipped to my house. Right after I got home, someone had called me to complete the order (the Albertville store is an authorized retailer...not actually Verizon themselves) and set up the plan. We need more Caityn's in this world. It's worth noting that this was at 4 PM on Black Friday. Haha...I'd be grumpy by then.
