Store Manager Robert went above and beyond to fix multiple issues across several of our existing accounts issues that customer service had repeatedly assured us were resolved but never actually were. He took the time to dig in, correct everything, and make sure we finally had clear answers. Justin, who has only been with Verizon for about a month, was truly exceptional. Even though he’s still new, he handled our complicated situation with the professionalism and confidence of someone who has been doing this for years. Justin stayed after his shift twice to make sure everything was taken care of, and he never once made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. His patience, communication, and genuine desire to help were honestly some of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. He made sure we understood every step and left each visit feeling taken care of. The rest of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us, which was refreshing. Because of Justin and Robert, we decided to stay with Verizon. They are both huge assets to this store, and we cannot recommend the Albertville location enough.

Even while assisting multiple clients at once, he remained cool, calm, and collected. He skillfully answered his staff’s questions while managing his own customers with ease. Robert also made sure to let me know I could contact him anytime if I had further questions. When Robert had to step out, Nicholas took over and he was also wonderful to work with!
