It was the hardest phone call I've had to make and the staff there were so patient and understanding. I made an appointment to help Ron, my rabbit, leave peacefully because he had been suffering. The ladies there explained everything to us and let us have as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby. They were so great. We also got Ron back 5 days later in a beautiful box with his name engraved and we had also ordered a paw print to remember him. I would recommend this place to anyone🧡

Kindness is a rare quality in general now so is very appreciated and given by everyone there that we have talked to. Our puppy has been cared for by Dr. Elise. She is very thorough. Prices are fair. Not the cheapest but this is your loved pet, not a for sale clearance item. Dont shop for cheaper care.

They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions over the years. When I call, they know who I am and are always very accommodating even when I change appointment dates/times at the last minute. I took my youngest dog, Holly in today for some blood work and the Tech apologized to me for taking so long, mind you it was less than 5 minutes. The reason for the delay was that everyone in the back wanted to say Hi to Holly. So nice of them! 😀
