My cats love the staff, even when they are getting shots or other uncomfortable treatments. We get great explanations, advice, and professionalism without being robotic. They are a little on the pricy side, but I have no problem paying for the quality of care I'm getting. Would recommend to anyone. Will drive a far distance to continue using them.
