- BPBrittany PhillipsOct 22, 20251.0I called ahead and was told they do phone repairs, but when I got to the store, the story completely changed. The rep barely listened to what I needed and immediately started pushing me to a new phone and switch carriers instead of helping with the repair. It felt like a bait-and-switch. On top of that, the salesperson barely understand and speak English. Complete waste of time. Won’t be coming back.
