I’ve been dealing with Verizon for two weeks and it turns out that the store is who was supposed to issue the refund after they canceled the order and they never did. So, I’m sure that they were trying to see if I wouldn’t notice so they could pocket my money. I will always only use Verizon corporate stores going forward. This is not a corporate store from what I was told by Verizon.
