I was on their store phone (because my prior phone was not finding a network) with my prior provider for 2 hours trying to cancel and he waited until I could get everything switched over. Hooked me up with the plan that fit my needs, had the phone in stock, and applied all the accessories on the spot. Max went above and beyond, if you need some help he's your guy đź‘Ť
