Manny was extremely thorough, professional, helpful, kind and funny. He got us into a better plan with better pricing. He simply went above and beyond and we cant recommend him highly enough. He even helped us put on our new protective covers to ensure we were protecting our investment. I really hope upper management recognizes what a star employee they have in Manny!

Trying to get anything out of him was like pulling teeth. His tone the majority of the time was disrespectful and like he just didn't care at all. He left toward the end of my phone updating to go eat a snack, he could've waited 10 more minutes. He proceeded to put the phone screen protector on sideways where one side was more exposed. I let them know I wasn't okay with that, they offered to give me another one which was cool. Another rep redid it, another young guy but with glasses, in which I was grateful for. But when he returned it he was visibly pissed off and wasn't even facing us. We just felt very disrespected and not taken care of properly. We spent a lot of money there and even if we hadn't we deserve to be treated better.

They made me wait about an hour and 10 minutes and when my turn came, the girl that was helping me, says they have the iphone 17 promax and goes to bring it. Knowing I was in a hurry, she does the transaction on her ipad and flips it for signature. I trusted her and signed it NOT knowing was not trustworthy. She hands me the iphone and I left quickly, and when I got home I found out it was an iphone 17 pro. Beware they use deceptive practices. I don’t think they will last that long in business.
