They made me wait about an hour and 10 minutes and when my turn came, the girl that was helping me, says they have the iphone 17 promax and goes to bring it. Knowing I was in a hurry, she does the transaction on her ipad and flips it for signature. I trusted her and signed it NOT knowing was not trustworthy. She hands me the iphone and I left quickly, and when I got home I found out it was an iphone 17 pro. Beware they use deceptive practices. I don’t think they will last that long in business.

Went to another store right after and they didn’t have the problem the staff and manager at this store told me what was preventing them from helping me. The manager at this store was extremely rude and unprofessional and talked to me like he was the CEO of Verizon. Give any store but this one your business.
