I asked her about a promotion the Verizon app was advertising and she said she had no idea, said I couldn't upgrade and told me I would need to go to the Auburn Hills store because they had a certain phone in stock and when I got there, they didn't. The Auburn Hills store was able to upgrade me and order my new phone.

Went to the Rochester location to buy new phones, was helped by employee named India who told me she would waive the $40 upgrade charge on both phones I was purchasing. Then she came back and told me âoh it wonât let me do it right now but youâll see $80 off your next billâ. That bill has come and gone, and no surprise there was no $80 deduction. I went to to the store to talk about it and whoever helped me (didnât get his name) said there was no record of that conversation⊠not surprised, just disappointed. After reading some other google reviews, it seems like this is a COMMON and rehearsed scam that they pull all the time.

I walked in I explained why I was there and from the moment the words left my mouth I could tell the woman wanted nothing to do with it I would imagine because it does not involve BUYING something within 1 minute she decided without looking at my Account that she could not help me and handed me a piece of paper with Verizon customer service numbers as if I do not have access to google. As I am writing this I have spoke to 9 different people and have been on the call for 2 hours and 20 minutes not over exaggerated.
