Met with Jacob and Janett, to begin the desire to switch carriers even though my contract with my prior carriers were just over six months old. Jacob, Janett and I looked at the details and Jacob and Janett put a package together that I could not beat. Great atmosphere, personal service from the visits to the Verizon store in the past month. Thank you Jacob and Janett for being so welcoming.

Specifically, Jacob was very friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the services, transfer process, and equipment. I’ve dealt with a lot of wireless reps over the past couple decades and this was by far my best experience. Additionally the manager was super attentive and helpful as needed for the sales staff and customers. I just observing while I was there. Nothing but top notch service and store location here. I highly recommend giving this store a shot.

I saw Jacob on Friday, and he told me his manager said they would credit $40 to each line on my account to offset the upgrade costs if I did the upgrades through this location. I liked the idea, but had to leave for some other appointments and so that I could chat with everyone else on the account before making a decision. I reached out to Jacob the following Monday to do the upgrades, and he told me the $40 credits per line were only good for the day (Friday) I went in. This clearly wasn’t true since my brother-in-law and his wife (who are on my account) got their credit when they went in on Sunday, two days after being in there and the day before I reached back out to do the rest of the upgrades. Not a very ethical business practice to lie to customers.
