    Alan is a rock star!! We had a HUGE problem porting over a number from T-Mobile, but Alan helped us every step of the way. He is by far the best rep I have ever dealt with!! Thank you so much for all you help and your time!

    Allen and Adam were so helpful and kind when I visited. I had an esim issue and they didn’t get frustrated when it wasn’t going to plan. Highly recommend this location.

    Adam is the best, most knowledgeable about all things Verizon and was able to resolve my complex cellphone line swap and phone reactivation issue very quickly 😀 (spent about 1 hour at another store at TC where they couldnt fix the issue) and even helped with optimizing my plan pricing while at it! Amazing Adam is all i can say, will only use this store from now on!
