Overall, great clinic. If I could give Jules 10 stars, I would. She is always fantastic. You can tell she is passionate about her job. I’ve been going here for a few years now and both my dogs adore Jules.

Every experience i’ve had at this office has been nothing but kindness and compassion, understanding of my own choices I decide to make with my pet. I call and make sure to get a price estimate of everything I will need done, and they always are so helpful with that, and even If i have any additional questions about my treatment plan. They’ve been extremely kind with all of my pets, I came into an appointment with 3 cats, which is a lot to deal with and they were still so helpful. They treat my dog very nicely and wouldn’t stop giving her belly rubs when she would ask for them. I didn’t realize but today is veterans day, and I messaged them because my dog was having a mini seizure and they were able to help me and responded to my message right away, after any appointments they message and ask how your pet is doing, it feels like a community where you have people that want to have your pet around and really do care about their well being. All the women at the desk are so sweet and make me feel so welcomed, and my favorite doctor, Is Ashley Waldvogel, DVM, i came in for a regular checkup for my dog and she went beyond what was expected to make sure everyone was situated in the situation. All of the assistants have been very nice as well. the prices can vary, some stuff can be more expensive than others but for the most part, the cost is worth the care you get here at Marshall VCA. I wouldn’t change to a different veterinarian office!

Initially , we went to this facility years ago for our yorkie. Our yorkie was scratching all the time and was almost hairless. The vet we were seeing at the time, said it was a food allergy, so we put her on a prescription dog food. However, she continued to scratch, so we took her to a another vet for a second opinion. That vet gave us an extensive education on food allergies and seemed to agree with the first vet that it was food allergy. And yet she continued to scratch until we took her to VCA Marshall animal hospital for a third opinion. And the vet there suggested we put her on apoquil so we did. This has worked wonders for her for many years , and we continued to take our furbabies to this facility.
Our story does not end there. We had 2 small dogs and 3 cats. Katy (cat) was the oldest of our furbabies tribe. She was the queen of the house. She was our first cat ever and our bond was so strong. Several months ago Katy at 12 1/2 years old became ill. VCA Marshall was by our side every step of the way. Katy passed on October 7th and our hearts are crushed without her. We were so blessed to have had 12 1/2 years with Katy in our life. And we are so blessed to have Dr. Erin, Emily, Jessica, Felice, and Laura at VCA Marshall Animal Hospital. There are others at this facility to thank also. Unfortunately I don't know their names. But everyone there is absolutely awesome! We will always be grateful! ❤️
