The people working on 11/21 at night were less than helpless.
When I went to trade my iPhone in, the billing was not communicated. I was left with more questions than answers. When I would ask questions, I appeared to be annoying the workers which is rich since none of them were doing anything.
Very sad with this location.

First off I was told I had to do nothing when it came to switching services. I have to go back to the old phone place to finish the transition thanks for that. Second they said the monthly bill was going to be one amount but never mentioned the first bill would be $80 extra until we were already locked in. And third, I feel with as much as people are paying for these phones the very least a phone sales person could do is take care of transferring data from one phone to the next.

Had a good experience 2x times I stopped in. The manager will come check out everyone if they needed help even took care of a pick phone at another store. The rep next to us that was helping another client said his satisfaction was that the clients are happy with the service. Very busy store but they are quick taking care of clients

Above and beyond.
I Cannot say enough about these employees dedication to their customers and the brand.
Every time I'm there no matter what the circumstances, I am able to resolve my issue or get work accomplished.
Being greeted at the door here is like a welcome family entrance back home.
At points in time these people have worked meticulously to assist me and have literally saved my life.
I hope this Verizon wins an award for outstanding customer relations in the community.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jesse at Verizon Wireless. From the moment I walked in, Jesse was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got the best plan and phone for my situation.
What really stood out was Jesse’s patience and genuine care — he never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions thoroughly, and ensured everything was set up properly before I left. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days!
