Horrible experience, waited for 30 minutes to be greeted. Then another 40 to get help. Once helped I was told I was not a preferred customer and thus the upgrade charge for a new phone could not be waived. I decided to not move forward as I have been a loyal customer for 21 years and did not expect to be treated this way. They switched my plan anyway without a new phone. I had to go back and wait again just to get this reversed.

Stopped by the store for phone pick up. I waited 1 hr while the girl not sure if she’s the manager. She was on her phone scrolling while the others were taking care of clients. Asked her how long do I need to wait she said idk until the other reps are done. wow! She could have taken care of us since she was just scrolling her phone but nope it only took 20 min of the rep to take care of our pick up. The Verizon by the Woodland mall they have great staff even the manager would step out and help when needed but this store 3 reps and 2 other workers walking and scrolling their phone that’s how you know what store to stop into and what not this one definitely made me upset, we waiting for 1 hour I had to work as well..

Watch out for this store. They give Verizon a bad name.
We came in to change services from AT&T. We were helped by an older lady that at first was very helpful. We received all our print out of what the new charges were going to be and we were excited for the new serive. This is when the nightmare started. Everything that we received was a lie. The bill was actually $150.00 more a month then was promised. The paperwork we received did not match the bill.
This store will lie to you, promise you the world and pull the rug at the end. You are better served staying away from these people. Its the old bait and switch.

The associates at this store are so unapologetic.
I paid off my phone and upgraded a week ago, the phone I upgraded to wasn’t in stock so they said they could mail it to me. The address they had on file was an address I’ve changed at least 10 times as I haven’t lived there in YEARS. I gave them the correct address and even reminded the associate of the address after I paid and they still shipped it to the wrong one. As soon as I got the shipping info I went into the store to hopefully get it fixed before it got delivered. The associate I spoke to told me she could not change the address after it’s been shipped and that I would have to go to UPS to change it. I went to UPS and they said I can’t change it only Verizon can because they created the shipping label. Went back to the Verizon store only for the associate to refuse to help me again and say I would have to wait until the package was delivered to fill out a form and go from there. I’m baffled at the lack of empathy, Verizon made the mistake, didn’t offer any help and made me feel like they just wanted me out of the store. I’ve never had any other provider but after all of this I’m ready to switch because this was so ridiculous, unprofessional and downright rude.

Came to this Verizon today to simply order a new phone. Was told that the wait time was about a half an hour. Almost two hours later, we were finally helped. There were at times six reps helping people, but then three would hide in the back after helping someone causing the extended wait times. The assistant manager was rude when we simply asked where we were in the queue. The individual reps were nice enough. This is an example of bad leadership. We've been loyal Verizon customers for over 20 years, but loyalty can be fluid. Verizon needs to work on its leadership because they are not the only players in the game.
