    I visited the Verizon store yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I was hoping to exchange my iPad, but the staff didn’t seem interested in helping me. When I arrived, I waited for a significant amount of time before an agent was finally available. Instead of assisting with my exchange, they simply processed the return of my iPad without offering me a replacement. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated, as I came in hoping for a smooth exchange process. Customer service should be a priority, and it was lacking during my visit. I hope this feedback helps improve service for future customers, as everyone deserves better attention and support.

    I would like to say that I appreciate the fast service when I walked in today my phone wasn’t working with a sim failure , it is my business line and I was dead in the water , I walked in and Conner had me back up and running in 5 mins I can’t thank you enough and I appreciate the awesome job you did for me thank you

    Unhelpful, quick to sell you on products but hands up when needing help on just about anything. Of the 5 times I’ve entered this location the time I was taken care of was buying new devices and starting service. Terrible company policies, they’ll quickly offer customer service phone numbers and push you out the door. Frustrating.

    Yesterday, my mom and I had a very frustrating experience at the Fort Gratiot Verizon store. We walked in knowing exactly which phones and plans we wanted, yet the sales associate kept pushing a business account, additional new lines, and streaming services we never asked for. After disappearing for 20 minutes, he returned with a “plan” to save us money that required opening extra lines and signing up for services we would later need to cancel. I completely understand the importance of making a sale, but I don’t understand the lack of listening to the customer. At no point did I say I was looking for the cheapest deal. My priority was convenience and simplicity over cost, and I was prepared to pay more just to get what we asked for. We walked out and drove to the Marysville Verizon, where Riley and Zach were excellent. They listened to what we wanted, helped us save money where it made sense, and never pressured us into unnecessary services. Within an hour, we walked out with two phones, cases, screen protectors, extra charging accessories, and most importantly, a great experience where we felt heard and valued. I would HIGHLY recommend driving the extra 15 minutes for the exceptional customer service. It is well worth it!
