Not only did they charge me $480.00 to not fix a furnace they offered me a refund for not following up on original service call and then did not follow through on that. It does not matter what they say at this point the old saying goes "fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you" Hopefully someone reads this and chooses a different service provider because their residential side does not care at all and are just grifting money in my eyes. Looking at you Mike why offer something and then not follow through? It makes your company look worse when you do that but what do I know I am just a common person. The refund posted today I am not sure if it would’ve happened without the post but either way I am fair enough to admit that they did keep their word.

We had to have a new shut off valve got it done ...good job taking old water heater out.no mess ..We have our AC check up in July ..my aunt has them also ...they do ours then go to her house...We have had to call them.for her AC last yr at 10;30 pm guy came out really nice got it fixed for her ...they are a friendly service...from the ladies who answer calls to the service guys ...We sure miss our guy Greg M that retired. He was such a great guy
