But if I seen him again, which I probably will cause, i'm probably gonna go back in there just to get his name. He told me to get my father's death certificate, take it to the main place in bay city and I will be forfeited and forgiven. So of course I did that and was pretty much told I was lied to either I pay the rest of the phone off that day or keep paying the bill on my dad's old phone. So I guess that's what im going to have to do. Unfortunately, my family has ran into a lot of health. Issues, the past year, and money's been tight. So after all of this once all the phones are paid off ill be switching to a different phone company who does not mislead people or tell them what they want to hear. The guy I spoke with in essexville, definitely was not professional at all with his job. I have had other issues with the same place im not the one to really put a place down but after three strikes ill say its time. I got other family members that are also going to be cancel in there, phone plans with them in going elsewhere. Definitely unprofessional definitely misleading. And the way he spoke on my dead father was definitely unprofessional.
