A simple request that was taken care of easily and quickly. Asst. Manager Chris and Retail Specialist Ian gave exceptional customer service. I have been with Verizon for 17 years, and was thinking of changing. Having service like this in town, person to person, to me is priceless. I will be staying with Verizon for my to come upgrades.
