I walked in owing $460 on my iPhone 15 Pro (about 65% paid off) and wanted to add a line and upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro. Austin worked some absolute magic — for just $121 out the door, I walked away owning my 15 Pro, got my girlfriend a free iPhone 16, and upgraded myself to the 17 Pro. My monthly bill only went up about $65 total, which is incredible for everything I got! Friendly, transparent, and truly customer-focused — if you’re thinking about upgrading or adding a line, go see Austin and his crew. Easily a 10/10 experience and hands-down the best Verizon team I’ve ever worked with!

Normally I would expect them to provide this info without prodding. Not the fault of the store, but Verizon offered deals on other phones on my plan but not mine, and mine was the oldest! Disappointed. Then requested quotes on phone with the deal, then my phone without a deal and the upgrade was literally a difference of a $1. Not impressed with deals offered by Verizon.
