- MSmandi sloneMar 25, 20231.0I cannot even express how dissatisfied I was with my visit to this store. There was one employee, a middle aged man that seemed to be preoccupied and uninterested in helping us with our issue. He kept pushing us away and referred us to call customer service. We drove 30 miles back home, called customer service only to find that we needed to go back to the store for our particular trouble shooting issue. Huge frustration. Honestly, this man made our decision for us. We've decided to switch next week when our service is up. All because of the incompetent man that had no issue sending his ONLY customers away with false information just so that he didn't have to lift a finger to help. So, not getting our lines of service and we will not be updating our phones with Cricket. This was the push I needed to sign with a real cell service provider. I definitely didn't appreciate dismissive troll purposefully sending us away so that he could partake in whatever activity that made him wide eyed, jittery and spaced out.
