They'll take your order, cancel it without warning, & then simply state that you need to place another order with sales. Other phone providers stink, but Verizon takes the cake when it comes to horrendous service.

She would not even let the person with me to run and get my license and come back in. She reminded us when it closed when she approached us. She made it clear she didn't want to help us. We left and went with a different carrier. She needs some lessons in customer service.
