I specifically requested a certain type of laser suited for my skin type — something any reputable laser hair removal clinic would take seriously. Not only did they ignore this, they went ahead with a completely different laser without my consent. I wasn’t even informed until after the procedure was done. This is a complete disregard for safety, professionalism, and basic client communication. The staff showed zero concern for how the wrong laser could affect my skin type, which is both dangerous and negligent. Compared to other laser hair removal services I've experienced, this place is a joke. Do yourself a favor — avoid this clinic at all costs. There are far better, safer, and more ethical options out there.

Absolutely unacceptable. Now we have to cancel the card. Do not go here if you want to be listened to.
