Verizon associate Dylan Brown helped me buy a new tablet, set it up, and helped me with another issue on my phone. Dylan was personable, professional, and highly skilled. This is EXACTLY what I hoped for when I switched away from the competition.

She then called her manager who she had on speaker phone and he said he didn’t know what the charges/devices were either and would investigate and call me directly. I left the store with zero resolution and 7 hours later, no return phone call. When trying to call the store to follow up, I got a customer service representative that either could not or would not connect me to the store. One of customer service experiences and still zero resolution. Time for a new cell service provider!
